We have experience with multiple RFID chip timing systems, but predominantly use Race|Result equipment - The accuracy, ease of deployment, and accompanying technology tools are unmatched in the industry.

Race scoring requires accurate runner information, so we assist our clients with data oversight and/or management.  Online registration is typically handled thru specialized third parties companies, and we have relationships with several providers.  We can set-up race registration (on your behalf) with one of them, or we can work with what you already have in place.  If you want to navigate on your own, visit the resources area for some good online registration vendors.  

We routinely provide and prepare the Race Bibs, RFID Tags, Safety Pins.  For check-in we provide:

We have an assortment of inflatable arches to help with the presentation of the Start / Finish line(s).  *The arches come with (unbranded) banners attached, but we can provide dimensions for you if you'd like to fabricate banners of your own to display instead.

We provide an electronic viewing area for the race results - Either self-serve lookup kiosk(s), or scrolling listings on television screens.  The results update live during the course of the event, both onsite and online.  *We also print paper copies if needed.

We have sound systems available that equipped with microphone and mp3 players.  You can use a music that we provide, or plug in your own mix.

Race clock and starting horn are standard items in our package.  We have generators and batteries to power everything that we provide, and have access to other items should your needs dictate, (cones, signage, tables, coolers).
